After a wonderful 24 hours in Los Angeles with the most amazing friends ((who drove last minute in rush hour traffic to have dinner with me)) Mom and I have finally made it to Tokyo. I slept 8 of the 11 hours and after a shower am feeling refreshed. As I type now, I am sitting at the gate for our flight to Bangkok, the other city affectionately known as the city of angels.

Oh yeah, and our bags- they're just hanging out, waiting for us in Bangkok.
